When I read chapter 30 in the book of I Samuel, I thought of all the people who have suffered from the natural disasters—tsunamis, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods…. Follow David’s example and encourage yourself in the Lord! This is a great example to follow for anyone in distressing circumstances! Amen!
