We have the Holy Ghost sent in Jesus' name to comfort, teach and remind us of Jesus' words (John 14:26). The Holy Ghost is a gift from God and all we have to do is repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins to receive the gift (Acts 2:38).
When you make this change in your life, you will be different from the world. The world believes and knows what they see, but you will believe and know the Holy Spirit because He dwells in you (John 14:17).
