Search chapters 1 thru 7 in the book of Leviticus for details on the offerings by Israel to the Lord.
God spoke to Moses out of the tabernacle of the congregation about the manner in which the children of Israel were to make offerings to the Lord (Leviticus 1:1; chapters 1-7). The various offerings commanded were the burnt offering, the trespass offering, peace offerings and the consecrations (Leviticus 7:37,38). Through the laws of the offerings, Israel was taking responsibility for their individual relationships with God.
