And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another (Matthew 24:10). Any petty offense toward another should be taken seriously. Those petty offenses build and can promote hatred. Obviously the opposite of God's command to love our neighbor.
Love is so interwined with the commandments. Love is a commandment. If you break one of most any of them you are offending your neighbor or working ill toward your neighbor. As Romans 13:10 says, Love worketh no ill to his neighbor: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
As only an example to make a comparison between good and evil, suppose Romans 13:10 said, Hate worketh ill to his neighbor: therefore hate is not fulfilling the law. Which do you choose to promote--God or Satan, good or evil, love or hate?
